Spaghetti Squash

Vegan Sour Cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF
Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds
Drizzle Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper on squash
Place face down in over for 40-45 mins.
Shred squash and let cool
Olive oil to pan with garlic and onions until translucent
Add meat of choice, black beans, and seasoning to pan
Take off heat, once cooked and add shredded squash
Pour mixture into a casserole sit and top with began cheese
Bake in oven for 15-20 mins.
Top with desired toppings and Enjoy!
Notes
All seasonings are to taste. As with Jalapeños for desired spice level.
